THEORY OF HAPPINESS - Authenticity

Begining to be an authentic person requires you to live with no worries about past and future. Authenticity let you find only one direction "HAPPINESS" and "LIBERTY", but it is not easy to find it until you accept the reality....But,  What is reality? good question, right? ............

Reality is the hardest and cruelest thing in life which is "SADNESS" and "OPPRESSION". However, not everything is bad. Once you have learnt to control your emotional intelligence. It is just in that moment when you start being authentic.

Now, your life makes sense and everything looks different. Since then "You are Who you want to be". You are your own thoughts, strengths, weaknesses and mistakes. You are you and nobody in this entire world is like you. There is no other like you and never there would be.

Once, that you realize how stuff are, and accept reality. People cannot manipulate you anymore because you have personality and character. Being Authentic let you find hidden emotions in the deepest of your being, and also will help you discover new ways to face your fears.

The way how you feel improve your mood. Looking for new experiences are a good reason to  reaffirm your confidence, safety and motivation. To express dislikes in front of persons do not make you a misbehaved human being, but that makes you an honest and a humble person.

People should care about their bussiness, then do not give any explanation to someone to whom you don't owe anything.

  1. Hi teacher, I'm Paolo Salazar.
I think that one way to achieve happiness would be to love yourself, without letting anyone harm your life, and if they do, remember that you should have your head held high, surpassing you at every moment, obtaining an experience full of wisdom and pleasure, for the things that you really love and can do in the future.

then to become an authentic person and reach happiness first we have to leave behind our past not to take into account something that already happened .. we have to look at our present and future .. in my thinking to reach happiness, we have to know how to control our sensory perception .. q covers our senses .. and also control our feelings our fears know how to face them as well as we grow as a person we will know how to act through any situation that comes our way and especially our personality our way of Thinking greatly influences whether we can have or reach happiness then we must take into account that we have to learn to lead or maintain a good life always fulfilling what we propose to be successful

To be an authentic person we must bear in mind that we are not alone, we are always going to have a God who sees for us,
We have to guide their way and be good people so we can achieve the goals we set ourselves to be happy and free.
we must leave behind and overcome everything that has hurt us or hurts us so that we can segid and always keep our heads up .............
It is true that reality is the hardest thing that exists in our life sometimes it is difficult to accept the things that have happened or what is happening to us but we have to accept it is the only option and the best we have to be authentic

  4. Hi teacher Maro !, Danna Castro writes
according to this blog our true happiness is based on that we must be as we want to be, we do not always depend on the opinions of the rest. We must get back on track in our own dreams, in our own cosmovision to fill ourselves with confidence-determination-and character to fulfill everything that we propose. Sometimes the reality in which we find ourselves can overthrow us always, but it depends on us if we give up. Our own happiness depends on us, depends on how we want to forge our way of happiness, peace, perseverance and great dreams fulfilled. Let's be who we want to be, let's not transform ourselves as people would like us to be for their common good.

  5. Hi teacher
    I'm Gissela Moreira
I think that being authentic is being yourself and not being what others want us to be. To be an authentic person we must be sincere, true and the most important thing is to be honest with yourself.
It is true that reality is the hardest thing in life, but we must accept it no matter how cruel it is. I think that with the help of God and putting a bit of our own we can achieve what each one of us sets out to do. I also think that an authentic person, is not afraid of what may come to their life, nor is it afraid of the results that are given, simply because you trust and know what you do.

  6. Hello, Professor Maro.
    He writes "Darwin Chica."
Answering your question; I think and believe that authenticity is in ourselves, we mark the course of our destiny that we want to achieve, depending on the way we behave and identify ourselves.
To be authentic or to be ourselves, we do not need to imitate the actions or the way in which other people are characterized. We ourselves must demonstrate what we are without fear of anything, since it is better to be free and happy to be a hidden, imitating and unhappy person. To be authentic we need to trust in ourselves, trust in every action we take.

I think that to be an authentic person and find happiness we must learn to leave behind our past and accept reality, we learn to control our emotions is where we will be authentic people, where we will not be afraid of what others say, to look for new experiences that give us security and not fear to be happy to know that if we make mistakes we can rise again without fear.

  8. Hello, Mr.Maro, I'm Javier Mora
I Think that Authenticity is that person who accepts himself as he really is, is a sincere person, who does not need to copy anyone's personality, both internally and externally, a person is authentic when he does not care about the opinion of others, he does not cheat other people presenting themselves with another identity. This is such a great value that not everyone has it, although we see on the street that there are too many people who do not respect themselves, they damage their skin with tattoos, with piercings in the nose, tongue and navel. They try to copy other people and when they ask, why do they do it? They say it's because of fashion. We have to let our knowledge flow, to have our own ideas, but as long as we do not damage our skin.

  9. Hello teacher Maro
    I'm jhon carrion
I think being an authentic person is accepting reality as it is and accepting as we are, not so of a personality that does not belong to us, we must demonstrate what we are and what we can achieve. The experiences, the knowledge and the struggle to concretize purposes of improvement, make that over time it will be shaping a personality of its own.
Avoid lying and multiple personality. Be the same always, regardless of the circumstances.
Cooperation and understanding to avoid the desire of dominion over others, respecting their rights and opinions.

  10. Hi teacher, I'm Jhon Samaniego.
I think that authenticity is the way to accept how we want to be after good or bad things, leaving bad things in the way or that we serve as a lesson to not fall into the same game, so we can be happy, that no longer affects us emotionally or mentally, accepting a way of being is accepting happiness.

  11. HI TEACHER!
    I AM RONALD GONZALEZ
I THINK THAT BEING AUTHENTIC IS ONLY TO BE YOURSELF. WHEN WE ARE AUTHENTICAL IS WHEN WE INTRODUCE AS REALLY WE ARE AND APPEAR TO BE WHAT IS NOT. I THINK THAT THE FAKE, THE HIPOCRECIA AND THE LIE ARE COMMON AMONG THE HUMANS. ON THE CONTRARY, A PERSON THAT DOES NOT INTEND TO DECEIVE, IS HONEST, SINCERE IS CONSIDERED AUTHENTIC. TO BE AUTHENTIC, NOBODY REQUIRES THAT WE HAVE TO SAY EVERYTHING WE FEEL, BUT THAT WHAT WE SAY IS REALLY WHAT WE FEEL.
